Description
The Buttery is a cosy private self contained annexe to the house offering character accommodation for two people.

Layout

Attached to the house, steps lead from the parking area to the front door where you enter into the combined lounge/dining/kitchen area with slate flag floor and oak beams.

Down a half flight of steps, a door leads to the oak floored bedroom and the ensuite bathroom which comprises of a traditional slipper bath on feet, hand basin and WC.

All areas are furnished with care and thought.

Please note that this is due to be available at Easter 2012 and photos will appear when the accomodation is finished.

Views
From the bedroom there are views towards Scafell Pike, Bow Fell and Crinkle Craggs.

Garden
There is no garden attached but guests are welcome to use a paved area adjacent to the buttery and have use of a nearby field.

Pets
Pets welcome (but not allowed on the bed or on the furniture)

• Kitchen area has a four ring gas cooker and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and the usual utensils and crockery

• Access to laundry facilities, iron and board
• Broadband internet access, if you provide your own computer (subject to booking conditions)
